). Avoid putting your hair up with any type of clip or elastic when it’s wet. When your hair is wet, it’s weaker and more prone to snap.
). Don’t pull your hair back too tight! This may cause the finer, weaker hair around your hairline to break.
). If you typically wear your hair up overnight, use a soft fabric scrunchie or tie up your hair into a soft braid so that your hair isn’t compromised when you move in your sleep.
). Resist the urge to rip through those tangle, and be gentle when combing or brushing! Try gently starting to brush at the ends of the hair and work your way up. Use a detangling conditioning spray like Mario’s Once A Day Spray to help release those tougher tangles.
). Ladies – watch your shoulder bags! If your hair gets caught under the strap of the bag, gently remove your hair from underneath the strap so that it doesn’t tug at your hair.
